These past few days, I’ve made 3kg of caramels.

…And sold them all. The caramel empire begins 😉

Sunday morning markets

It feels like spring today in Paris. The air is crisp but not too cool, and although the sky wasn’t completely blue, the pockets of light came through and illuminated everything.

Sundays and Mondays are a bit annoying in Paris- a lot of things tend to be closed.

Except for markets.
